The petitioner is challenging the common order of invalidation passed in his matter, as also the matter of Sahil Vitthal Pujarwad who is his blood relative.

In Writ Petition No.1785/2022, Sahil had challenged the selfsame judgment and order. By the order dated 08.02.2022, for the reasons mentioned in the judgment and order, this Court had directed certificate of validity to be issued to him (Sahil) making its validity dependent upon the final outcome of the matters of the validity holders which the Committee had indicated to reopen, when a coordinate division bench has already undertaken an exercise of

2 932.WP-7775-2024.doc scrutinizing the sustainability of the selfsame judgment and order in the matter of Sahil, the propriety demands that we follow the course. 4.

The Writ Petition is allowed partly. The impugned order is quashed and set aside even to the extent of petitioner. 5.

The Committee shall issue him certificate of validity of Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe immediately. Its validity would be coterminus with the validity of the individuals which the Committee has decided to reopen.
