Mr. Kedar submits that, in view of the earlier order dated 15.10.2018 passed in these appeals, the parties have amicably settled the dispute and have entered into compromise terms. Copy of the same is produced which is marked as Article "X" for identification. In view of the compromise, learned Advocate Mr. Kedar, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Second Appeals. Leave granted. The appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. The amount of costs already deposited shall be paid to the respondents. As the appeals are not yet admitted, half of the Court fees be refunded to the appellants. 3.
