The petitioner who intends to secure admission to M.ED, is awaiting decision of the Scrutiny Committee for validation of his tribe certificate.

It is being pointed out that a similar claim of petitioner's father - Manoj was discarded by the Committee by a common judgment together with proposals of one Prashant Pandurang Gadamwad and Ganpat Hanumant Gadamwad. It is also being pointed out that in the matter of Prashant, in Writ Petition No.9205/2023, by the order dated 04.08.2023, the order of the Committee was set aside and he was directed to be issued with a certificate of validity. Though the similar petition of petitioner's father - Manoj is still pending, the

2 935.WP-7779-2024.doc decision in the matter of Prashant who is none other than second degree cousin of petitioner, can be taken benefit of. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Committee to decide the petitioners' proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks.
