This appeal is placed before us in today's National LokAdalat. Mr. Rohit H. Dahat, learned counsel for appellant is present. The learned Advocate for appellant, on instructions, submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. 2.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the learned concerned Labour Court, in W.C.A.

As such, the FAST stands disposed of, as withdrawn. 4.

If the amount is not deposited, the amount be deposited before the learned Commissioner, Labour Court and the claimant is at liberty to withdraw the same.

The amount deposited by appellant, be disbursed to claimants in terms of award passed by learned Commissioner for employees compensation along with interest accrued thereon, if any.
