By this application, applicant seeks permission to withdraw Writ Petition.

It is submitted that, Writ Petition is filed by applicant-Trust impugning notice dated 08.03.2021 issued by Tahsildar, Newasa proposing imposition of penalty of Rs.12,28,028/-. It is submitted that during pendency of Writ Petition, land in question is converted to non-agricultural use. Accordingly, dilatory tactics are played. Therefore, grievance raised in present petition does not survive.

Considering submissions advanced, Civil Application is allowed in term of prayer Clause (B).

In view of order passed above, Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
