We have heard learned counsel for the review applicant as well as the learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant - Municipal Corporation.

We are of the prima facie view that the review applicant by merely filing the review application, is stalling the logical consequence of two orders passed by two different Division Benches of this Court directing demolition of the subject constructions. 3.

There is substance in the grievance raised by the original petitioner that the review applicant has been able to successfully avoid execution of the orders of this Court, despite the fact that the orders have been confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 4.

List this petition along with Writ Petition No. 11220 of 2021 on 16.09.2025 at 02:30 p.m.
