Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The facts have been discussed in detail in the order dated 12.08.2022. Considering the allegations levelled against the applicant, interim protection was granted to the applicant. The learned A.P.P. would submit that prima facie there is no material against the applicant for custodial interrogation. Considering the allegations levelled against the applicant, there appears no reason to have custodial interrogation. The interim protection granted is liable to be confirmed. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.
