Only 50% of the amount under the impugned award has been deposited by the respondent - M.S.R.T.C. In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw entire amount, i.e. 50% of the impugned award along with interest thereon. The amount which has been kept in fixed deposit in the name of major applicant as well, be paid to her, with interest accrued thereon. The amount payable to the minor applicants be kept in fixed deposit until they attain majority. The application stands disposed of accordingly. [R.G. AVACHAT, J.] KBP
