The learned AGP submits that Section 34 of the M.I.D.C. Act, would enable the Petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance. Tendering an application to the Sub Divisional Officer, when he has no jurisdiction to deal with the issue after that award is delivered on 18.01.2016, is a fruitless exercise. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would avail of the statutory remedy and if required, would move an application for condonation of delay.
