Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel refers to the Government Resolution dated 18.05.2011 to contend that the petitioners have a remedy before the Commissioner to rake up their grievance. 2.

In light of that the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions kept open. For a period of four weeks from today the order of status quo granted by this Court on 17.07.2019 shall continue. On lapse of four weeks the said protection granted by this Court shall come to an end. Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
