The application is filed for bringing legal representatives of appellant No.2B Satish Ramchandra Wagh on record, who admittedly died on 21.07.2010, by condoning the delay of 2100 days. Though there is no oppose to the application, but considering the huge delay, it stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C) subject to deposit of cost of Rs. 3,500/- with the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks. Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period. The application is accordingly disposed of.
