The petitioner assails the communication dated 9th June, 2017 directing the petitioner not to admit the students at Babhle, Post - Pimparkheda, Tal. Shindkheda and seeks further direction to consider its proposal submitted on 20th May, 2017 praying for shifting of the primary school from Dhule city to village Babhle, Tal. Shindhkheda. 2.

The learned A.G.P. and Mr.Shelke, the learned counsel submits that the recognition of the petitioner's school is

In view of that, the relief claimed in the writ petition now cannot be considered.
