Heard Smt.S.S.Kothari, learned counsel for the applicant for some time. When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant bail to the applicant, Smt.Kothari, learned counsel sought permission to withdraw the application with a request to give direction to the learned trial Court for disposal of the trial within a specified period.

Smt.Kothari, learned counsel states that almost all the witnesses have been examined except Doctor and Investigating Officer.

Having regard to this, application is disposed of as withdrawn. Learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of two months.
