The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner - Union within time-bound period.

Issue notice to the respondents. The learned AGP waives notice for both the respondents and, upon instructions, submits that the said representation appears not to have been reached respondent No. 2. It is stated that although the representation was sent via RPAD, a copy can be submitted afresh. It is further submitted that if a copy of the representation is tendered to respondent No. 2, it will be decided within a period of four weeks.

The learned advocate for the petitioner, therefore, submits that the petitioner would give a copy of the representation dated 19.03.2025 physically to the office of respondent No. 2 within a period of one week.
