Learned Assistant Government Pleader has no objection if the civil application is allowed. 2) Writ Petition No.3768/2008 is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim relief stands vacated. Rule is discharged. Civil Application No. 10492/2017 is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to cost.
