This application is filed for amendment in pursuance of observations made in Paragraph No. 8 of the order dated 20.06.2025 passed by this Court while issuing notice in the present petition. 2.

Having perused the application and the proposed amendment, we are inclined to allow the same in the light of the observations made in the said order of this Court that the oral submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, which led to issuance of notice, did not find mention in the pleadings of the petition as it stands. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. Leave is granted to the petitioner to amend the petition accordingly within a period of two weeks from today.

Thereafter, the petitioner shall serve the respondents, including unserved Respondent No.5 with the amended pleadings within two weeks thereafter.
