Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant. None appears for non applicants despite notice. 2.

Application for condonation of delay was allowed by this Court vide order dated 19.11.2008 subject to condition that interim compensation should be deposited within a period of four weeks. As this order was not complied, the application for condonation of delay came to be rejected automatically.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that amount of interim compensation of Rs.25,000/- is already deposited by the applicant before this Court. The delay was caused because of weak financial condition of the applicant. Hence, considering the stated reason, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses(A)&(A1) 4.

Civil application stands disposed of.
