The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent nos. 4 and 5 have forwarded proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a a 'Shikshan Sevak' and the said proposal is not yet decided by the Education Officer.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. also.

In case the proposal (exhibit-H) is pending with the respondent no.3-Education Officer, then, the Education Officer shall decide the said proposal on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within four months. Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
