The learned AGP submits that against the impugned order the revision is available before the State Government under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code in view of the Judgment of the Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani v. State Of Maharashtra, AIR 2015 SCW 6277.

In view of the submissions made by the learned AGP, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the revisional authority.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to pursue the aforesaid remedy.
