The petitioners' proposals are pending with the respondent no. 2scrutiny committee for validation of their tribe certificates for more than six months. They intend to get admission in the current admission process to different courses and are in urgent need of the tribe certificates. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that four blood relatives of the petitioners were directed to be issued with certificates of validity by the order of this Court.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent-scrutiny committee on 29.07.2024. He may serve with a vigilance report, if it is ready, and thereafter the committee shall decide the proposals as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks from 29.07.2024.
