Per Court :- This is an application for grant of regular bail. Mrs. Pratibha Bharad, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, during pendency of present Application the Investigating Officer has filed the Charge-Sheet before the court of law.

[2] In that view of the matter, Mr. Girish Wani, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file bail application, afresh, before the trial court. Permission is granted.

[3] Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the Applicant to file bail application, afresh, before the trial court, in view of subsequent filing of the Charge-Sheet.
