The petitioner's proposal is pending with respondent no. 2-scrutiny committee for validation of his scheduled tribe certificate. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner's paternal uncle and four second degree paternal uncles possess certificates of validity. In view of the fact that he is intending to take admission through MHT-CET 2024, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the committee on 29.07.2024 and further directing the committee to decide the proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks of the date of appearance.
