The petitioners are merely seeking direction for deciding their appeal preferred under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and pending with the respondent No.2 to be decided expeditiously since it has been filed way back in the year 2013.

The Writ Petition is disposed of merely directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the appeal as early as possible and in any event within 12 weeks from today.
