Considering all the material on record and finding that the Criminal Revision Application bearing No. 99 of 2012 is pending on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Amalner for last more than 3 years, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to expeditiously hear

(2) Cr. W.P. 965/2015 the same and to dispose of the Revision Application according to the due procedure of law within a period of four (4) months from the date of communication of the present order to the learned Sessions Judge.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Rule is made absolute on the above terms.
