A short prayer in this petition is for a direction to the second respondent- Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to consider and decide the proposal dated 4 April 2014 submitted by respondent No.3, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of peon.

The learned AGP submits that the proposal shall be decided in accordance with law.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent- Education Officer to decide the proposal dated 4 April 2014, if not already decided, on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
