By the present application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail, in connection with C.R. No.101 of 2016, registered with police station, Basmat, Dist. Hingoli, for offence punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Perused the investigation papers.

There is hardly any material to infer that the applicant's custodial

In view thereof, ad interim protection granted by this Court, by order dated 26th July, 2016, stands confirmed on the same terms. 6.
