1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have tried to serve notice on respondent nos.1 and 2 but the said notices could not be served, hence, requested to allow the applicants to serve notices through paper publication.

3] Considering the submissions of all learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
