Petitioner's daughter Kajal who is 17 years of age, is produced from Mahila Sudhar Griha, Ahmednagar. 2] Heard the parties in person and their respective counsel. 3] The petitioner is ready and willing to take custody of minor daughter Kajal. He assures to take care and act in the welfare of Kajal.

4] Considering the welfare of minor girl, Kajal is given in the
