The applicant original - claimant is seeking withdrawal of amount of compensation with accrued interest thereon, which has been deposited by respondent No.3 acquiring body. In similar matter, this court vide order dated 12/07/2021 has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount. Thus, the similar order will follow. 3.

The applicant herein is permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount of compensation, out of which 50% amount be paid to him on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court and 25% of the amount be paid on furnishing solvent security.

The balance amount be invested in FDR in any nationalized bank till disposal of this appeal on yearly renewal basis. 5.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
