Mr. Patil, the learned counsel submits that, the proposal was submitted for start of 8th standard with the petitioner school. The Education Officer has already recommended the said proposal and the proposal is now pending with the Director of Education. The learned counsel submits that, the permission to the petitioner for running 01st to 07th standards is already granted.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, in case same is pending with the Director, the Director would take appropriate decision and forward the same to the Secretary.

Considering the above, we pass the following order. 4.

The Director of Education shall decide the proposal pending with it with regard to start of 8th standard of petitioner school (Exhibit - H) page 29 expeditiously. The same be done within a period of four months from today. In case the Director recommends the said proposal to the State, then the State shall take decision on the said proposal within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of said proposal.
