The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed from Scheduled Tribe category. The proposal seeking validation of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with Respondent No.2 - Committee. The vigilance is conducted. The petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report also. The employer has issued notice to the petitioner directing the petitioner to produce the validity within 30 days or else the adverse action would be taken. 2.

The learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Gajanan

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30-09-2021. The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the proceedings, expeditiously and preferably within four months. 4.

The impugned notice is quashed and set aside. 5.

The employer may take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
