Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during pendency of this criminal application, applicant Nos. 1 and 6 died. In view of this, their names be deleted from the array of applicants. Deletion be carried out forthwith.

At the instance of respondent No.1 original complainant, a pursis is filed on record to the effect that on account of death of main accused i.e husband of respondent No.1, respondent No.1-original complainant does not want to prosecute the matter any further. This pursis is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

In view of this pursis and since the matter is amicably settled between the parties, criminal proceeding, registered as R.C.C. No.

cran3230.05 -271 of 2005 pending before the learned J.M.F.C. Kannad, District Aurangabad, is hereby quashed and set aside.

Criminal application is accordingly disposed of. Rule made absolute in the above terms.
