The petitioner undertakes to make a fresh proposal to the Education Officer. If such proposal is made, the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits within a time-frame of two months from the date of receipt thereof. The Head Master of the school is present. He assures that, necessary information would be supplied to the Education Officer, if called for. With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
