Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that a settlement has been signed between the respondents/employees and the Management and their voluntary separation is accepted by extending them the benefits of the voluntary separation settlement. A specimen copy of one such settlement is taken on the record and marked as 'X' for identification. Learned advocate submits that the settlement between the parties in all these matters are identical. 3.

In view of the above, all these petitions are disposed of as being withdrawn, on instructions.
