In view of the contents made in the applications and the submissions made, which are to the effect that time was required to collect copies of judgment and Award, time was required to process the matters and time was required to get sanctions at various levels, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. Both the civil applications are allowed. Delay is condoned.
