Pursuant to the bailable warrant issued to respondent No. 5, she is present before this Court. She tenders apology for her absence on previous occasions.

We have gone through the affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent No. 5 wherein it is stated that the order passed by this Court is already complied with. The same was subsequently modified by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 18.11.2024 in Special Leave Petition (C) No. 16039 of 2021. Pursuant to the orders passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, a notice for recovery of Rs. 1,07,680/-, which is paid in excess to the petitioner, is issued to the petitioner.
