Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 0203/2023 registered with New Mondha Police Station, Dist. Parbhani for the offenes punishable under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

First informant reported to the police about the incident occurred on 4th June, 2023. The said information shows that there are disputes between the parties in view of the allegation against the applicant that he outraged her modesty. There is also allegation about causing injury to the informant and her husband.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that now chargesheet has been fled after conclusion of investigation and since nothing is to be recovered at the instance of the applicant, it is a ft case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned APP though opposed the application but was unable to show any reason for custodial interrogation. 5.

Since investigation into the crime is already over with fling of the charge-sheet and nothing is to be recovered at the instance of the applicant, it is a ft case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, application is allowed in terms of the interim order. ( R. M. JOSHI) Judge dyb
