Applicant is convicted of the offences punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. He is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two years and fine of Rs.2,000/- and in default to suffer simple imprisonment for three months. The

cria1909.21 appeal preferred by the applicant has also been dismissed and the sentence passed by the trial Court is confirmed. 2.

Considering the evidence on record and the sentence awarded, substantive sentence of the applicant is suspended till the disposal of the revision application. Fine amount is already paid by the applicant.

Applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR Bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount. Bail in trial Court. 4.
