The circulation is refused for the reason that temporary bail was granted to the applicant for funeral and post funeral rites of his wife. Now, the matter was listed on 23.07.2024. 3.

A wrong practice is played that once temporary bail is granted, unnecessarily extensions are sought. Bail Application No.1261 of 2024 alongwith connected Bail Applications be listed on 31.07.2024, with a direction that the accused shall surrender before the jail authorities.

Hence, the circulation stands dismissed.

In view of refusal of the circulation, Criminal Application No.2939 of 2024 seeking extension of temporary bail does not survive and stands disposed of.
