Learned advocate appearing for petitioners, after arguing for some time, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, however, pursues this Court to grant protection for a period of 7(Seven) days for approaching learned Sub Divisional Officer, in revision.

In that view of the matter, writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty in favour of petitioners to approach the Sub Divisional Officer by filing revision. If revision is filed within a period of 7 (seven) Days, the time consumed in prosecuting present writ petition shall be considered for counting limitation.

Till filing of revision application, the impugned order dated 2.7.2025, be kept in abeyance. Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
