(( 2 )) 15,24,33-WP-14490-2023 Labour Court at Nanded vide judgment dated 27.04.2023 in Complaint (ULP) No.09 of 2021 filed by Raju Waman Itale, to the Petitioners by drawing parity. It is conceded that the present Petitioners did not approach the Labour Court at Nanded and have directly approached this Court.
