Heard the learned advocates for the wife and the husband. They unanimously submit that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and even have obtained a decree for divorce by mutual consent. They submit that in term of the compromise, the wife is entitled to receive the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- deposited in this Court and the matters may be disposed of. 3.

In view of such joint request, the Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn. The Civil Application No.11388/2021 is allowed. The wife is allowed to withdraw the amount.
