PER COURT :- 1) Heard. This petition takes exception to the letter / order dated 02.07.2015 issued by the respondent No.2 Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, thereby granting permanent approval to the appointment of respondent No.4 as Head Master of the school mentioned in the impugned letter.

The fact that, the respondent No.4 is senior most teacher and discharging the duties of Head Master is not in dispute. Therefore, keeping in view the Rule 12

(3) of the the M.E.P.S. Rules and Scheduled 'F', the impugned order is issued. We do not find any reason to interfere in the impugned letter / order dated 02.07.2015. Hence, petition stands rejected. ( P.R. BORA, J. ) ( S.S. SHINDE, J. ) ...
