Learned counsel submits that the proposal has been submitted seeking approval to the promotion of petitioner No.1 as headmaster. The same is not yet decided.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Yadav-Lonikar, the learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.3. 3.

In case, proposal seeking approval to the promotion of petitioner No.1 as Headmaster as claimed by the petitioners is pending with respondent No.3, then respondent No.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within six months. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
