The Petitioners have voiced their grievance under prayer clauses (b) and (c), which read as under :- "b) By passing appropriate writ, order or direction to direct the respondent no. 1 and 2 to allot the alluvial land on the bank of Lendi river having sy.no.16,21,22,27 and 30 having malai no. 43,47,48,49, 50,51,52, 53,57 adm.33 Acre 37 Guntha and adjacent to gut no, 286, 283 and 303 situated at village Tamlur, tq. Degloor, Dist.Nanded. c) By Passing appropriate writ, order or direction to direct the Respondent no. 1 and 2 to decide the petitioners application dated 29/1/2018 submitted on 9/2/2018 of the petitioners to allot the alluvial land to the petitioners."
