Heard Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

The applicant is before this Court with a prayer to fix the early date of hearing of the appeal. Mr. Patil, learned counsel invited our attention to the order of division bench dated 08.09.2017 he submitted that all the necessary compliance is done and the matter is ready and as per the order of this Court, the hearing of the appeal was expedited.

Learned counsel then submitted that the applicant is dependent on husband who is a retired person

( 2 ) ca9888.18 and the family is having limited source of income as such the appeal be heard as early as possible.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel and in view of the order of this Court dated 08.09.2017 the appeal be listed in the list of final hearing matters in the week commencing from 17.09.2018.
