The date of suspension of the Petitioner is 15.12.2022 and the date of his dismissal from service is 07.07.2023. The grievance is about unpaid suspension allowance. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Management submits that the suspension allowance is paid.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that

*2* 909wp6070o23 if the suspension allowance was paid, there was no reason for him to approach this Court.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction to the Management to calculate the total suspension allowance strictly as per the rules and assess whether, the allowance is paid in totality, within a period of 15 days from today. If any amount has remained to be paid, the same shall be paid within a further period of 15 days. A compliance report shall be tendered by the Management in this Court on or before 15.02.2024.

The pending Civil Application would not survive and stands disposed off.
