Election petition is filed only in the month of February, 2017, and direction is sought to the learned Judge to conduct day to day hearing in the matter.

In exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition need not be taken note of. Election petition is recently presented and it is informed that the learned Judge has prescribed the matter for hearing on 23rd August, 2017. It would be open for the petitioner to make suitable request to the learned Judge dealing with the election petition. No interference is called for. Writ petition stands rejected.
