This application is filed for restoration of the first appeal, registration of which was refused on 12/06/2018. There is delay of 36 days in filing present application.

Learned advocate for Insurance Company strenuously opposed the application stating that no sufÏcient ground is made out in the application for restoration and for condonation of delay. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C', on condition that applicant shall not be entitled for interest from the period 12/06/2018 till the ofÏce objections are removed by applicant. OfÏce objections to be removed within four weeks from today.
