The present application is filed for condonation of delay of seven days caused in filing the arbitration appeal. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for the respondent No.1 has opposed the condonation of delay application. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application that some time took for the applicants to take advice about filing an appeal and approach the Advocate at Aurangabad, and that the applicants have no knowledge about limitation of filing an appeal, the delay stands condoned and the application is allowed.
